Nella lista rotabili manca il riferimento al rotabile " tgv385v1 "
nella lista dei siti per scaricare la " E444R " , questo :

è sbagliato , si riferisce a TRAINZ anzichè a MSTS

Ho controllato il file "leggimi" e il link per le E444R è presente. Il problema è che appena sotto è stato inserito anche quello per Trainz ed è un momento sbagliare e cliccare sul link errato.
Il TGV utilizzato (TGV_385_LACROIX) è disponibile sul sito Activity Simulator World al link http://download.activitysimulatorworld.net/asw/TGV_4505_V1.zip.
A questo link http://actmsts.com/Trafic/TGV_385_LACROIX_AI.zip si trova la vesione AI nel caso ti servisse.
Spero che tu riesca a risolvere il problema in questo modo.

Prova a riscaricarla e a reinstallarla.

mancano tutti i consist , con questo nome : IC714_IC633_xxxxx

Non l'ho giocata. Io non uso scenari italiani anche se ogni tanto ci costruisco delle activities.
Controllando bene in effetti i nomi dei files contenuti nella cartella Consists non combaciano con i nomi indicati nei files nella cartella Services.
